Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Sukkur organizes the matric and intermediate annual exams every year for the registered private and regular students. There are thousands of students who participate in these annual and supply exams of SSC and HSSC classes every year under BISE Sukkur as all the public and private schools in Sukkur and its other adjoining areas are affiliated with the Sukkur Board for their matric and intermediate class exams. SSC part 1 & 2 annual exams are held during the months of March and April while annual exams of HSSC part 1 & 2 are organized by the board in May and June.
