Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Sukkur organizes the 9th class annual exams and 10th class annual exams during the months of March and April every year. All the schools in the districts under the jurisdiction of BISE Sukkur are affiliated with Sukkur Board while thousands of regular and private students of these districts appear in the SSC part 1 annual exams and SSC part 2 annual exams every year.

Sukkur Board conducts the written and practical papers of matric annual exams separately while written papers are held in March and practical papers for the students of science group in April. Sukkur Board issues the date sheet 2023 of matric annual exams two or three months before the start of the exams while the date sheet 2023 is issued at the official site of Sukkur Board soon after the announcement of the date sheet. The date sheet 2023 provides complete examination schedule and time table to the students and they can start the preparation of their exams after taking help from the examination schedule and time table as the students can prepare the important and initial papers in the beginning and then they can prepare for the papers which are scheduled to be held later.
